About the company

The idea of Morowat Global began with one man, Majid Nico Morowat, a man who has worked in the top tier of the machining world for many years. Beginning his career at the age of 25, Nico's experiences led him through many environments in the world of manufacturing, both the good and the bad. As those experiences continued and his knowledge grew quickly, he envisioned an idea of how manufacturing ought to be, with none of the bad but all of the good. For over 4 years he planned how his ideas could make not only his life but the others around him much happier.

In an environment which has long been marked as strictly a male dominated trade, where females and males rarely work together in harmonious fashion, Nico saw an opportunity to change the industry in which he excelled in and loved. He took advantage of his name in the industry and started his own manufacturing shop where he has surrounded himself with a select group of tradesmen who are respected in the industry for their ability to teach and help their apprentices learn properly and effectively.

Morowat Global's environment is much different from the standard manufacturing shop; all aspects of our environment are physically, mentally and environmentally safe for our workers and those around us. A stress-free environment, where all workers are supported and respected, induces a very quick work rate and a sense of pride in every facet of our work. The idea of changing the industry in this sense will bring about a new generation of high productivity machining backed by the knowledge of decades of experience, and revolutionary ideas.
